You guys are the best Dental Office I’ve ever been to! The front office staff is so friendly and were willing to go the extra mile to help me out. I have to take a long bus ride to get to the office, but it’s worth it! The dental staff is attentive, gentle, and even entertaining! They talk to you before and after your dentist arrives and even engage you while they work so you know everything they’re working on as they do it. Jeanine was, as usual, meticulously thorough, offered helpful information and suggestions and was warmly welcoming. Everything about the visit was great. Friendly staff, lots of smiles, and the proceedures they’ve implemented arount COVID are straight forward, make perfect sense, and are easy to work with. Dr. Phillips is a pro and to the point but still easy to chat with. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable. I was there for an evaluation and had a written estimate in hand before leaving. With the new COVID-19 protocol rules in place, with my mask on, I was met at the dental office front door by my hygienist. She then took my temperature and and asked me to use a bit of hand sanitizer which I did. She then escorted me to her chair. She was extremely careful, in all respects, to protect me and to protect her. The overall visit was exceptional.

My experience each visit over long period of time is beyond excellent. I’ve had some challenges, many challenges with regard to needs for my teeth. Dr. Phillips is nothing short of a true scientist… in his evaluation of the need, his expertise and consultation with regard to his recommendation for a patient. Went for my hygiene appointment with a little concern because of Covid. Wow! This office is spot on to infectious control. Temp check on arrival, masks,they have patients wait in car etc. please continue your dental health appointments during this scare unknown time. Use Dr Phillips with full confidence!

My experience was very positive. My hygienist was very informative of every thing she was doing and gave me positive feedback on my dental care. Office staff was helpful in determining my insurance coverage for future dental needs.

I always receive above average, even excellent care. This time I had a different hygienist and though she was very nice and pleasant to work with, I didn’t feel she was as competent as the one I usually have. She was almost half and hour late, and I felt she rushed through the cleaning. My teeth are very close together, and it seemed she was almost afraid to floss, doing it the way I have been told not to do, just snapping it between the teeth and not going down to the gum on both sides of them.

I was afraid to go into the dentist because of taking Covid 19 precautions but Distinctive dentistry took such great safety measures that I felt safe. This office is the best!

Best dentist office I’ve ever been to.

My experience was great! The only complaint was that the mouth-rinse I was asked to use before starting left an unpleasant taste in my mouth for about 48 hours afterward. Thank you all for your kindness, courtesy and expertise.

Warm & friendly staff efficiently provide excellent care in a pleasant environment.

Advance contact and confirmation of safety and disinfection procedures reassured me about returning to the dentist during covid. My dental appointment had almost no wait with easy social distancing. Everyone was masked and they took my temperature when I arrived. My hygienist was masked and used a transparent shield when working on me. They had me gargle with peroxide solution before starting dental cleaning. They had a new high flow air ventilation devoice. As always, they were gentle, professional, friendly and thorough. Janine and Dr. Phillips are superb clinicians with great sensitivity to the needs of their patients. It was great to see them, even if behind their masks.

I think I’ve been coming here for 12 years now. Regardless, I will continue to both recommend this practice as well as continue to be a patient until I no longer have any teeth or until Dr. Phillips retires, whichever comes first. I am more comfortable in this office than any dental office I’ve ever been in. Every member of the staff are kind, gentle, friendly, comforting and I can tell everyone genuinely cares about me and my health.

Especially during these Covid times , I have never felt safer going to a doctor’s office, Particularly a dentist! the care and precautions that are taken to protect patients as well as workers is INCREDIBLE! Bonus ….great clean teeth and healthy mouth!

I have consistently received excellent, truly amazing quality of care from my dental hygienist, Jeanine, and Dr. Phillips. They are gentle, relaxed, professional, kind, and exceed my expectations. Their commitment to prevention and their meticulous care to avoid Covid risk is a great relief and reassurance to me. They have taught me how to care for my teeth and gums so that I rarely have problems any more. However, they are always vigilant and thorough in X-ray, examination, and monitoring by oral health to catch any minor problems early. I cannot imagine better dental care and I am grateful.

I’m very impressed with the Covid-19 protocols that are in place. I felt comfortable being there. Everyone is friendly and helpful, although there was a mixup with my appointment. Will always go there!

I woke up with an abrupt pain in the back molar on the lower right jaw. I called Distinctive Dentistry because my wife had previously seen Dr. Phillips. I was able to see Dr. Phillips the same day. The staff were professional and helpful and followed rigorous Covid-19 protocols, which was very reassuring given the close quarters in which dental procedures are performed. An exam with two X-rays identified the problem (a root infection). Antibiotics were prescribed and a referral made to a root canal specialist. Dr. Phillips and his staff were skillful, gentle, and kept for informed about what they were doing and what they were finding. Very reassuring care. I highly recommend Distinctive Dentistry.

I have only had my teeth cleaned so far. I liked having the same hygienist for every visit at my old dentist but I am not sure that is the policy here as I have had different ones. I would like more information from the dentist when he does the exam so I know if there are problem areas, pocket depths etc so I can improve my care.
