A: We accept most insurance companies and are preferred providers with WDS/Delta Dental, Cigna, Regence, and Aetna, Assurant and LifeMap. We are not contracted with Medicaid.

Q: Do you have dental hygienists on staff?
A: Yes, we have two highly trained and very experienced registered dental hygienists at our office.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We take great pride in the time, service, and courtesy we provide to our patients. While there are times when the need to change an appointment is inevitable, out of consideration for others, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 2 full business days’ notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Cancellations with insufficient notice and missed appointments (no-shows) may incur a $75 fee.
